Our Cuisine

Whether you consider yourself a fine dining cuisine critique or whether you require a customised menu that addresses many allergy issues, you can rest assured that our qualified and experienced chefs and catering team will ensure that all dietary needs will be addressed.

From personal chefs to broad buffet spreads, fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan options can always be catered for.

We pride ourselves on fresh and tasty meals made with high quality ingredients. Assorted local beverages, beers and wines are part of the course and served on our excursions and outings.

V & A Safaris & Catering are particular about maintaining the highest levels of kashrus. We are Kosher certified and under the hashgocha of Rabbi Avigdor Bokow. We are meticulous in ensuring there is a mashgiach tmidi in the kitchen and production area. We only use ingredients that can be easily checked and we avoid any ingredients which may be commonly infested or tedious to ensure that it will be toyloim free. For these reasons the following ingredients (and similar) are not used on our trips

Broccoli, cauliflower, strawberries, raspberries mulberries, blackberries, kale, dill etc.
Our meat and chicken is mehadrin. Chabad, Chassidishe and Beit Yosef shechita options are available.
